Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns:

You may return unworn, unused hats within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return:

- Item must be in original condition

- Item must be unworn and unwashed

-Tags must still be attached 

Non-Returnable Items:

-worn or used items

-items damaged after delivery

-Final sale or clearance items (if applicable) 

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment within 5-10 business days.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or INcorrect orders:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
